The SB Custom Slug Wrapper is a refurbished machine designed for efficient packaging solutions. It comes with a 90-degree feed infeed conveyor which can be operated manually or automatically, and features a slug on Edge Flow wrapping machine equipped with a new x 40 code dater. This unit includes auto suction for tight packaging, enhancing the security of the wrapped goods.
The system operates with two servos with controllers and incorporates both HMI and PLC, ensuring smooth and easy operation. Key updates to the machine include new pushers, bearings, heating elements, and cutting knives, along with a fresh coat of food-grade paint, emphasizing durability and safety for food applications.
The rebuilding process involved complete disassembly, sandblasting, and substantial upgrades such as updated HMI and PLC systems, new wiring, pushers, and heat elements. As a result, the machine performs like new, offering advanced and reliable packaging capabilities.
