This JC Ford Tortilla Line, from divider to stacker, is a comprehensive used system designed for efficient tortilla production. Ordered and installed in 2010 with the stacker put in new afew years later.
The line includes essential components such as a dough cart lift and dump system
dough divider and rounder, and an intermediate proofer.
It features a precise drop system and a 42 x 50-inch continous press for consistent tortilla shaping.
The line is equipped with an efficient oven and a vacuum belt incline to manage product flow seamlessly.
A cooling system with multiple levels ensures proper temperature regulation of the tortillas post-baking. The Artech stacker counter, which was added in 2022, offers reliable stacking and counting of finished tortillas, enhancing overall line productivity.
This setup is suitable for medium to large-scale tortilla production facilities aiming for efficiency and consistent product quality. With carefully integrated components, this line provides a reliable solution for tortilla manufacturing needs.
